The Alpichalets Retreat is a lovingly restored 19th century Savoyard farmhouse sleeping up to 15 combining rustic charm and huge spaces, set in a private hamlet close to Lac Montriond.

The Alpichalet Retreat is exact as described, an escape from the full on energy of life in the Mountains. Set over 3 floors, the bottom floor, with its exposed original stone walls is exclusively for 4 bedrooms each over 30m2 and with their own ensuite shower rooms.

Also there is the set down and cosy Bar area serving all your cocktail desires and housing a babyfoot, for those craving more sport. On the terasse is a large hot tub suitable for 8 people to relax those aches and pains.

In the eves, the top floor is the most spectacular bedroom, surrounded by the original beams from 300 years before, The en-suite includes a large bath and shower room while the large velux allows you to stare at the stars.

This leaves the middle floor, 2 further en-suite bedrooms and the most enormous living and dining area, set around the huge fire place. The half moon Roche Bobois sofa, makes sure relaxing is a number one element of this Ferme.

If you’re a budding chef, the professional spec kitchen is perfectly set up to create masterpieces and there is ample oven and fridge space for even the most demanding meals.

A mini bus with driver will also be available in the morning and in the afternoon to take you to and back from the ski lift to make your day free-hassle.

The Retreat is 1kms away from Lac Montriond, 1.5kms from the Montriond village and a 5minute drive from the Ardent ski lift and perfect access to the Morzine/Avoriaz ski and Mountain bike area, giving you direct access to Chatel, Switzerland and the rest of the Portes du Soleil.
